Many years ago, George worked defending insurance companies against claims brought for personal injury, disability benefits and denied insurance claims. George quickly realized that he did not want his work as a lawyer to be on behalf of big insurance companies who, through their size and resources, too often mistreat injury victims or those with disabilities or those that have had their insurance claim denied.

George joined Blackburn Lawyers in 2002. Since then, George has devoted himself exclusively to helping victims of personal injury, families that have lost a loved one due to another’s negligence and, wrongfully denied insurance claims for disability benefits, life insurance or damage to a person’s home or business.

George has built a reputation of earned respect from insurance companies and the lawyers that defend them. This continues to prove very helpful in George’s goal to return financial security and control for his clients.

George has lectured on personal injury and insurance issues to lawyers and healthcare professionals. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association (OTLA), Ontario Bar Association, and York Region Law Association.
